KRK Project Management Process for Cabling

Our operational processes have been successful in effectively driving projects to completion. If we see a need for improvement, we solicit our customer's feedback to guide our changes in the process.

Our project management process is as follows:

• Assign project manager to job, review job tasks and set up daily tracking sheets

• Review meeting scope of project with client

• Assign project supervisor to the following tasks:
  
  
  • Support system
     
  • Horizontal cabling
     
  • Backbone cabling
     
  • Closet build out
     
  • Terminations/ testing
     
  • Documentation

• Receive and review weekly progress tracking forms

• Establish monthly safety meetings

• Update project continuously during the life of the project.

• Submit warranty paper work for certification

• Hold customer close out meeting

• Discuss areas of improvement

• Introduce KRK Technologies Service Team
